I did that for a while too. With the help of the list below, a macronutrient tracking app, and patience, I was able to piece it all together and succeed!
For me, it was important to know and understand each group in order to succeed in this diet! During my research, I found some great resources. However, I wanted to put together in one resource so it would be easier to understand. There are so many types of foods, however, I needed to categorize it so it made better sense.
