Taste to good to be keto!
I’ve been following the Keto diet for about 5 weeks now. I have had a lot of success with it! Since August, I have lost a total of 30 pounds, and about 20 pounds was strictly with using the keto diet.
One of my favorite quick and easy dinners to make is Steam-umms with peppers and onions! It is absolutely delicious! I make enough to take to work as well.
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 4-6 Steak ums
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped peppers
- 2 cheese slices
- Heat pan on stovetop, with 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- Once the pan is hot, throw 1/2 of chopped onions and 1 full cup of peppers in.
- About a minute later put 4-6 steak-umms, and chop up into little pieces.
- Cook until steak-umms is no longer pink.
- Top with cheese, serve and enjoy!
